Founding Partner Terms

By joining the Revenue Intelligence Founding Partner Program, you agree to the following:

1. Founding Partner Investment

The Founding Partner Program is a one-time purchase of $10,000, or $7,500 with an eligible private invitation discount.

Enrollment is limited to 20 Founding Partners.

This is a professional services and product-development participation program, not an equity investment.

2. What's Included

Your Founding Partner purchase includes:

• A scoped CRM and funnel Revenue Opportunity Assessment.
• A personalized Revenue Opportunity Map.
• A prioritized Revenue Recovery Blueprint.
• One private, two-hour executive strategy session following your assessment.
• Participation in our 90-day collaborative AI product-development program.
• Opportunities to provide feedback on features, branding, and the company name.
• Early access to software releases as available.
• 50% off the eligible software subscription price for life, while the qualifying subscription remains active.

Additional consulting, implementation, and custom development are not included.

3. Onboarding and Delivery

Following payment verification, we'll contact you to begin onboarding.

During onboarding, we'll agree on the assessment scope, required information, delivery dates, and strategy-session scheduling.

The development program is planned for 90 days. The software is currently in development, and individual features and release timing may change. We will communicate material delays and address any unfulfilled contractual obligations in accordance with applicable law.

4. Final Sale

Founding Partner purchases are final and non-refundable for a change of mind or decision not to participate, except as required by applicable law or where the Provider materially fails to deliver contracted obligations.

5. Results and Future Software

Revenue Intelligence provides assessments and recommendations, not guaranteed revenue results.

The future software will have separate subscription and usage terms. Those terms will not eliminate the founding discount expressly described above.

6. Acceptance

By checking the agreement box and proceeding to checkout, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted these Founding Partner Terms.
